Advance Care Planning Information Session with Shanna Provost

In this session, author of the Rest Easy Journal, end-of-life educator and Good Death Impact Network Member Shanna Provost will guide participants to take the first steps in their advance care planning by walking through why advance care plans are important; the benefits of having a Care Directive; how to create a legally-binding document, and where to lodge it to ensure your future health choices are respected. Tips on how to choose the right advocate for you and how best to discuss your choices with your family will also be covered.
